I recently bought a Nissan Juke 2015 model - I have had a lot of bother with the connectivity of the radio, it does not matter where I am countryside or city centre my radio just stops mid song, on DAB & FM. Some times the whole system actually shuts down. This can happen 6-7 times in a 20 min journey and is extremely frustrating. Master Reset: Version 1. Using the driver’s phone, go to the setting menu and select Bluetooth. After that, select “Sync” to delete it. Once the user opens the Sync screen, they should hit the Menu button. Keep pressing the down arrow until the Sync settings appear. Select it and press ok.

When listening to DAB radio the reception either drops out completely or goes very intermittent when I turn on the heated rear window. Has anyone else noticed this? (TS model) - or could it be a faulty antenna amplifier? The DAB stations being listed to are rock solid at all other times - and include the national stations.
